Muskallonge State Park is 5 miles North of Headquarters Lake Equestrian Campground with showers/sanitation stations, and WIFI.

Campsites 1 and 2 are buddy sites, with site 1 able to fit a larger rig and site 2 a smaller rig.

Campsites 3-5 can accommodate various length rigs.

Campsite 6 has an incline and is better suited for a small rig, or tents.

Campers should bring their own High line or temporary corrals for their horses.

It is HIGHLY recommended for riders to use some sort of tracking or mapping system​.

Trail riders can explore all public trails and forest roads in the area.

20 mile round trip ride to Lake Superior, take your horse(s) swimming!

Small, beautiful inland lakes within riding distance from campground, swimming in inland lakes allowed.
